Yeah..Lotus Notes.

You can use server mail rules, or use the configuration document's SMTP Outbound Controls.

Block specific addresses using server mail rules - select the "To" field and enter the address.

block entire domains - You can use mail rules for this as well, or open the server's configuration document and go to the Router/Smtp tab, then Restrictions and Controls, then SMTP Outbound Controls.

At the bottom, look at the "Deny messages to recipients in the following internet domains or hostnames" field.
